Welcome to Bed and Kitchen in Børkop.
12 min. drive from Vejle and Fredericia, near the expressway, is a new renovated farmhouse. This farm is lying on the southern landscape Børkop, outskirts of town Bed and Breakfast is equipped with 1 single room on the ground floor and 2 Double rooms up on the top floor. A double room with private bathroom and toilet, and the other 2 rooms have shared bathroom and toilet on ground floor. There is a shared kitchen and living room with radio, television, video and DVD player and several games. The kitchen is very well equipped and have service for 5 people. The rooms are equipped with a common entrance, separated from the living quarters of the owner. From the common room there is access to new large roof terrace with deck chairs, among other things, etc. A new Fireplace, on the adjacent river, where there is fishing opportunity, if valid fishing license is available, can be used. There is good parking in the yard. It is possible to rent all the rooms as an apartment. Find out more about the price.

Arrival: An appointment between 15.00 - 23.00 o`clock is to be made. Please respect the agreed arrival time, otherwise you cannot count on that there will be anybody home.
Payment: Cash by arrival. You cannot use credit cards or check. It is possible that a deposit will be demanded by booking. Keys are only given to the guests staying in the apartment. The key may not be passed on to others. It is only the notified guests that are allowed to overnight in the apartment.
Departure: The delivered bed linen is to be made on by the guest. The rooms must be returned in the same condition as received. The guests are responsible for caused damages in the apartment. The keys are to be returned and the room left latest at 11.00 hour am.
General: The front door has to be kept locked at all time. The windows must be closed, when the room is left, and roof windows must specially be kept closed during raining. It is recommended to bring home wear shoes with you, because outdoor shoes have to be left in the hall. Smoking is only allowed outside. Turn off the radiator whenever the window is open.
Shared room/kitchen: The kitchen must be cleaned up after every use. When cooking use the hood. Foodstuffs with a strongly smell must be kept in plastic boxes. There is a shelve for food to each room. There is a trash can under the table for kitchen waste. Paper and glass are to be put into cans next to the refrigerator. Remember to turn off the light when not used and close the windows before leaving.
